TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACCOUNT CREATION

To create an account with us, you must be at least 21 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You may only have one account per person.

BONUS TERMS

All bonuses are subject to the following terms: a) Bonus credits can only be used on specific games as stated in the bonus promotion; b) Wagering requirements for all bonuses must be met within 7 days of receiving the bonus or any winnings associated with it will be forfeited.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made through our approved payment methods only. You may request a withdrawal by contacting our customer support team after meeting the wagering requirements for all bonuses received.

GAMING REGULATIONS

Our games are subject to local gaming regulations, including but not limited to, applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines.

RISK MONITORING AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

We use risk monitoring tools to identify suspicious behavior on our platform. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in abusive, fraudulent or unfair gaming practices.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us and supersedes all prior representations, understandings or agreements either written or oral.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce.
